Hello! I have been completed 50 rides of SC in lil over a year. I do other things for exercise, count calories, and all the other healthy lifestyle habits. However, I was doing an audit on my exercise regimen and wanted to know if SC is worth continuing. What does it bring to me and my body? It made we wonder what others have thought of what SC does for them. Because I love the instructors Jacq, Charles, Nick and Stephanie. Each class feels like a party however I’m not sure what my body is getting.
