Is Žižek a grifter/poser?
When I listen to Slavoj Žižek, he's always critizing past socialist regimes and capitalism and although he calls himself a communist, I hardly hear him proposing anything specific that is constructive. This makes me wonder if he's just saying he's a communist to be edgy but suffering from the attitude of decrying any imperfect regimes that Parenti talked about. I hope its not a grift, but I haven't found much to the contrary and I'm hoping someone can prove me wrong.
I'm not too familiar with all his work, so can anyone point me to policies or things he actually proposes?
