Tired of it
I used to be very skinny once but since college, loads of things happened (stress, bad food, somewhat sleep) and been skinny fat for more than a year now. I'm 21M 5'8" and between 50-55kg. I did weight training for 3 months consecutively and then 2 months on and off. Developed a negative mental perception with gym because nothing seemed to work, my muscles developed a bit at first but even that stopped after a while. I haven't stepped in the gym for a while now because of the mental barrier I put up. Honestly I'm just confused and tired of it now. How do I fix this?
