Protein “cookies”

One of you fine people posted a recipe for your beautiful vegan protein cookies which I followed with love and care. I intelligently used protein powder with no sugar made of chia, spirulina, matcha, and wheatgrass which really gives these bad boys a nice kick to them!

Below is what I’d saved of the original recipe:

In one bowl, mix these dry ingredients

1 1/2 cups of oats

1 1/2 cups of vegan protein powder. Use whichever brand/flavour you have

4 chopped medjool dates

1/2 cup of powdered peanut butter

Cinnamon to taste

In another bowl, mix these wet ingredients

3 medium ripe banans

1 cup of soy milk (or whatever your favourite plant milk is)

Once they're all mixed, you can mix them together and make cookies

Divide into 12 cookies and place on a pan. Bake at 350F (175C roughly) for 15 minutes

Assuming I put this into cronometer right it should come out to something like this. This is per cookie

145 calories 12g protein 21g carbs 2g fat
