Septum piercing and coke

Soo I got my septum Pierced 2day and I didn't wanna wait for it 2 heal to b able to do Coke again soo I tried bn carefull but after a moment I jis said fuk it and started snorting normal ab 2gs later my nose jus pouring blood should I b worried?
