OSAP - Enrollment not confirmed

Seneca still has not confirmed my enrollment (for my last term), so... no OSAP yet, and the deadline for paying is the tuition is tomorrow. I am wondering what I am expected to do. Paying late fees because of that seems unfair, but I also don't really have the money to pay out-of-pocket. I had sent the documentation several weeks ago (maybe I should have sent it even earlier, but I had asked Service Hub people and followed their advice about when to send it).
