[Speedtimer/ SSC813]- Need advice on how to get the bracelet off. Looking for experienced advice.

My spring bar tool doesn't seem to be helpful enough, to get it off, the Spring bars are terribly small and I want to swap the bracelet out for a black leather/sailcloth strap.

Looking for advice from someone who has already done this previously.
