Struggling to find open shelter/foster home for pair of stray kittens

Hello! I've been interacting with/feeding two stray kittens who live around my yard. I wanted to foster them and adopt them out but they were 100% not compatible with my dogs. It's getting dangerous for them to live around me and they constantly try to follow me in through the front door.

Wondering if anyone has any connections with some kitten fosters? I've contacted many rescues with no responses back, and the kittens are nearing an age where they will officially be fully feral. Their mom is not around and they've already lost their third littermate. Really hoping to get these babies out of the cold and out of my yard, where they aren't safe. They're friendly and social and just want to be taken care of!
