Appointment needed in the UK for Netherlands

I've lived in Oxford for ages and need an appointment very soon for an academic conference at the end of June in the Netherlands. What's the best way to sort out a visa ASAP? I don't mind paying £100-200 if there are agencies that can do it fast (and perhaps help me get a slightly longer visa) - I mean I DO MIND but what can you do!!!
