StonyBrook hospital volunteers

Specially for evening volunteers . It was my first time volunteering evening shift and I felt like I wasn’t able to do anything after 6 because I have interact with patients because most of them were eating or sleeping already. I what do I do to make myself useful lol. Almost felt guilty just sitting around because every unit I went to I couldn’t find any patients .
