DMCA takedown issue
Yesterday, I sent out an email to a copyright agent to request for a piece of clothing to be taken down, but instead of getting back a confirmation email, I got this. This isn't my first time sending out a DMCA takedown request, and the first few times I did it I entered in all my details and got a successful email back asking me if I had sent the request and so on so forth.
How come this time, despite the fact that my details have remained the exact same since the last time I sent out a request, it told me I am missing a mailing address? My address, city, postal code and everything else necessary/required is there, but it claims something is still missing.
I replied to that email asking what I am missing, but I doubt I'll get a response back, so I decided to ask here and see if anyone has any answers.
