What is Second Chances about?

I lust got it and am confused because I was under the impression it was about Jason meeting Batman but it's not because I am a few pages in and he is calling Robin Jason and he said it twice so What is Second Chances about? And What GAPHIC NOVEL (i dont like paper comics they rip) is about Jason Todd's first appearence?

I have now continued reading the comic and it is about that so I'm sorry my questions were pointless but I do have a new one The first few chapter are Batman #402 and #403 but Dick Grayson being "fired" (best word) from Robin is in Batman #408 and he meets Jason Batman #409 so why does he call Robin "Jason" on every page in both #402 & #403? Dumb question but im genuinely confused does anyone have an answer?
