WA Real Estate Exam Passed
Hello everyone! I just passed my Washington real estate exam. I passed the national on 1st try and the state portion 2nd attempt. I used PrepAgent, CompuCram and the PSI practice exams for Washington. I passed the National with 74 and the state with 73. These are the things I used to pass:
PrepAgent: Good for entry level questions and understanding topics/definitions.
CompuCram: Is the BEST for Washington. The practice tests are worded very similar , and some of the Washington State questions were actually on CompuCram. Must have for Washington State portion.
PSI Practice Exams: Not really needed but helped understand a few questions.
The Real Estate Classroom (YouTube): Explains concepts the BEST. I didn’t pay much attention while taking the 90 hour course I had to relearn everything through him which made life so much easier.
Just Call Maggie: For math portion of the test. I was only given 5 math questions so I didn’t put much attention into math.
IMPORTANT FOR STATE PORTION: You must use quizlet to grasp the numbers and concepts for the state portion. Its harder to use but you have to figure out a way to learn off quizlet. (I just wrote things down to ingrain them in my memory).
Good Luck Everyone!
