Match Rankings List Question to Those who Matched

Hey guys, I'm wondering if it's okay to rank only two colleges. My intended major isn't common among many QB partners, but I know of two colleges that have good programs relating to it.

I keep seeing people ranking like, ten college partners and honestly don't get how they're doing that, and sometimes I'm worried because I'm not ranking as many of them. Also, after watching videos from QB's YouTube channel, I've seen that they claim ranking 5 or 7 is better as it increases your chances.

What would you do in my situation, and do you have any advice? I'm also thinking of applying test optional.
