Account put on hold

Well it finally happened. I saw some posts about a reverification of ID last month but never got an email. I completed a study yesterday and it was approved last night. Prior to this I haven't done a study since December 21st, 2024. I sent a support ticket about my account being on hold. I wonder if this could be due to me not verifying my ID again? Although I was never asked to.
