Looking for recommendations for ear piercings

I'm planning on visiting Prague next week and I'm thinking about getting an ear piercing to commemorate my trip (and because my mother won't allow me to get one at home). Does anyone gave any recommendations for tourists that won't be super expensive? How much, on average, does it cost to get a piercing?
