Opened over 200 packs of Paradox Rift today... Save your money for the singles

Walked into my local game store today hyped to crack open Paradox Rift after saving for weeks to go hard on release and left nearly heartbroken after buying 4 booster boxes and about 2 dozen single packs and leaving with a whopping... 1 SIR Garchomp ex (among various other non-alt art hits)

In my 5 years of collecting pokemon, I don't think I have ever experienced a set released with such ABYSSMAL pull rates, especially for one filled to the brim with some of the most beautiful full arts and Special Illustration Rares we've ever seen. 2/4 boxes I opened didn't even have an SIR Trainer let alone an ex, and maybe averaged 2-3 standard IR's per box? (But hey at least I have like 8 Bombirdier ex's now!!!)

I know that sealed product is always a gamble, but even in the other S&V sets released this year I would average at least 1-2 SIR per box, even if it wasn't my chase card, I would at least be somewhat satisfied with my box. Opening Paradox Rift just felt like dud after dud, almost to the point of utter frustration when you've just opened 10-15 packs in a row without a single satisfying hit.

TLDR: If you were planning on going hard for this set, I would HIGHLY advise just saving your money and buying the singles you want separately as they begin to dip in price in the weeks following the full set release. Really hoping this isn't the standard for future S&V sets.
