I've only managed 2 BFS Eevees, which evolution best benefits from their other skills? Or are they just Umbreon?

I'm still having decision paralysis with my 17 eevee after the eevee week and then some, and am trying to narrow down my evolutions and throwaways slowly but surely.... at the very least I know bfs is always helpful, so hoping these 2 have a future to aspire to.
