Pokémon Pocket kinda scammed me
So, when setting up my account to play Pokémon Pocket, me and my brother seem to have accidentally set me and his accounts to the same email We didn't think this would be an issue at first - In fact we didn't even know for a while, until we were both level 20+. Because we were both (What feels like) such a high level, I didn't want to start again and change email
Then, my brother bought Premium - It worked with no issues, and he was getting his 3 packs daily without problems for at least a couple weeks (idk exactly how long)
Then, a couple days ago, I decided I wanted to buy Premium too - So I opened the buy men and there was no issues
It told me I was getting my 2 weeks free, told me how much I was going to be paying monthly after, gave me the usual TOS about a monthly subscription.. And then I paid through the Google Play store
I opened up my game, and I actually do have premium. I open the free extra daily pack, play a game and close it
2 Hours later I open it back up because my normal free pack has arrived.. And my premium is gone? I checked with the Bank App, they've still taken the money
So I paid 7.99 for an entire 20 Minutes of Premium? I messaged Support and they sent back some automated bot bullshit
So what do I do now? Support isn't helping, and I don't have premium This is entirely an issue on their end as there was literally nothing preventing me from, or telling me that I can't purchase premium until they already took my money
