Nervous about lipo 360 + BBL coming up soon... could use some encouragement!

Hi everyone!

I'm getting lipo 360 with a bbl on October 3rd and I'm starting to get more nervous the closer it gets. I've been wanting this for a long time and I'm excited to finally be getting it done, but each day it gets closer I feel a bit more anxious.

I'm seeing a board certified plastic surgeon who did a plastic surgery residency and has a little over 20 years of experience. He's a local surgeon and very highly rated. I also hired a post op nurse who will be picking me up from the surgery and staying with me for at least 24 hours, I might have her stay for an extra day depending on how I'm feeling. Right now I'm leaning toward likely having her stay an extra day.

I've spent years reading about this proceedure and doing research on various surgeons locally and in other states. I've been watching tons of videos on youtube about the surgery, the techniques, the post op-recovery proccess... etc. At a certain point I guess no amount of preparation will completely alevaiate the anxiety.

The surgeon I'm going to uses Vaser lipo which is supposed to be less painful than traditional lipo, and a lot of people mention in his reviews on Real Self and Google how smoothly recovery went. I'm under no illusion that recovery will be easy at all, but this does give me some comfort.

I'd just like a litte support and reassurance! If you'd like to share a positive recovery experience story I'd love to hear it!
