Going through it

Not trying to get advice or anything like that, I am just so frustrated. It HURTS! I had it on my eyes (eye lids were swollen, itchy, dry) but thankfully that’s been resolved. I’m tired of how sore it feels! How bumpy my skin looks, you all know. It’s so hard to find a doctor/dermatologist that will actually take it serious? Last time I saw a derm she said “oh, it’s really flared let me give you this” and gave me clindamycin. Topical steroids don’t work for me, but it was so dismissive of her that I didn’t even want to try to tell her that it didn’t work. THAT is what i’m tired of, medical professionals seeing it as “just an allergy” like, do they NOT know this affects how someone views themselves? how important it is? and besides that, the literal pain, rawness, we go through? I got way better advice on here about my eye lids (hence, it’s gone now) than I have with a dermatologist or doctor.
