Anyone know of any 1 bedroom or studio apartments still available or lease transfer

I’m attend Penn state law in the fall and waited to long to sign a lease and now I can’t find a place. I prefer not to have roommates but if I have to I have to. I have tried the Facebook page and apartment websites with no luck. I was supposed to do a lease transfer with someone but it fell through on their end. I’m so worried I won’t find a place.
