Members beware! We have been duped!

We visited Leblanc in Cancun in 2024. We signed up for the membership and as part of our package we were promised a grand deluxe suite for us and our kids at 5 days. We are trying to book this now and the room they promised is not on the website and they are saying the room we get is a standard room with two twin beds. We even have an addendum in our contract that says we get a family suite. They are not honoring our contract and they have gone silent on us. Trying to figure out if we are going to take legal action against them.
