PSN Region Lock changes

Do you guys think that in the near future sony will change theirs policies on changing psn regions?

My PSN is still from US after 8 years and i live in Brazil, but I dont wanna lose all my trophies to create a new PSN and only play on it. However, if sony never change their policies on this, i will have to just let it go and begin all over again, which makes me really sad...
