Facebook page restriction - is there anything I can do?

I don't know how but my facebook page has been permanently restricted from posting ads. This is the chat reply I got:

"Upon checking the Ad Account and Instagram, we found that both Account is Active and good to go. However we found that the Facebook Page is currently restricted."

So it seems that the ad accounts are fine which is weird because, if there was an ad violation, then surely it's from an ad so the account should be restricted and not the page??

But anyway, from this, can anyone tell me whether I can still advertise on Instagram? Like if I open a different facebook page and link it to that instead of the restricted facebook one? Or is my Instagram account gone now too?

Is there anything else I can do? I'm desperate and it's already been appealed and rejected.
