I need advice

I did an interview recently with a new company. The HR said I passed the initial interview. She then told me na ang target onboarding is in December. I told her my preferred start date is in January.

Now, the issue here is when I told her na I am currently employed in a company. This is my first job as a fresh grad. I had dilemma na of resigning with this current company because of their values that do not align with mine personally. Sobrang walang proper delegation of tasks at walang proper training. I followed the comments here on past posts na maging honest sa recruiters kapag ganitong mga case. Kaso huhu di ko alam if tama bang naging honest ako?

I've been there for over a month already. However, up until now nakadalawang cutoff na wala pa rin akong sahod na natatanggap from them. That's another point of me resigning.

I told the HR in the interview why I preferred January. I have to render 30 days pa if ever resigning. Now, kinakabahan ako kasi baka hindi ako matanggap sa new company because of my circumstance. Tho I am still up for the Manager's interview, pero will my chances of securing a JO diminish? I dont know what to do, kasi I made up my mind na talaga to leave my current company.
