Help please - swing

I’m completely new to the game 1) I’ve just started playing online and it’s a 4 part click swing (I’m too dyspraxic for stick swing) which was fine once I worked it out, but now I want to do 4 click swing on career and can’t find the option anywhere? 2) I’ve been a complete noob - I only discovered shot shaping 2 days ago, and I’ve been upgrading a powerhouse player and all my clubs before realising EVO deletes everything. Also was spending VC on stuff without realising you needed it for upgrades. I’m a 79ovr now.

Now I realise how the game works is it worth restarting as a technician, and leveling up shape, contact etc which I completely ignored on my other player?

Thought I was doing well as I’m playing -19 on most one round tournaments lol but realised I’m not great when I go online.

Also any other general advice for someone in my position as below would be really helpful to I can keep playing! Feeling a bit disheartened I feel I’ve run down the wrong direction a lot since starting.
