At what point do we not have free healthcare?

I lost my doctor a few years ago, and the clinics are full before they even open. They don't prescribe the medication I need there either. I went through Maple but just got an email this morning saying they're too busy and they asked me multiple times in the email to cancel my appointment if I no longer need it. I do still need to see a doctor nothing has changed. What the hell are our tax dollars even going towards? Am I supposed to just show up at the ER for ADHD meds?
