Why would sleeved booster lots be selling for more than a booster box?

I’m new to the one piece tcg, but I’ve collected other stuff in the past and I don’t think I have ever seen loose packs sell for more than a sealed booster box. Is there a reason for this or am I just seeing some outliers?
