I'm trying to reference a property value in a note using dataview, and formatting to make it centered using , but it's not working

I'm trying to do some note fill using (YAML) properties.

Here it is in source mode, and the way it's rendered in read mode using <center> and </center> formatting.

Any tips and alternate for this formatting will be highly appreciated.
