Thoughts about the movie

my bf and i recently made a new friend and he hates nightmare before christmas. he went on a full rant about it lmao. he brought up some interesting points and i wanted yalls thoughts

-he pointed out that when jack wanted to make christmas, the entire town didn’t really question and just went along with it. sally was against it but only tried saying something to him once, still helped him and turned out and tried to sabotage him

-another issue he has with the movie is that jack never looks sally’s way except to make his santa’s outfit. but they somehow end up together like she was hoping even though they’ve barely spoken
