Should I be able to feel it front the inside?

Okay so I'm 16 and I got my implant around 4:30pm today (about 6hrs ago) and I couldn't feel it at all (from the inside) until about an hour and a half ago. I am now hyper aware of it and I don't know if this is normal or if it goes away. When I say I can feel it I don't mean rubbing it with my finger from the outside of my skin, I mean like I can FEEL it under my skin and I hate it and I want to carve it out with a knife (I'm NOT actually going to) Please tell me this feeling goes away because I can't deal with this 😭😭😭
