Getting back in shape
Currently 3 weeks pp and am feeling so frustrated with how much I’m sitting. I’m BF too so I understand that comes with sitting more too. I’m just looking for advice/programs on how you guys got back in shape post baby. I lost a l out of muscle during pregnancy and just feel like my body has been through the ringer. My partner is going back to work soon and I’m getting a little worried about finding any time to start exercising again. Help please!’
