Powercab 112/112plus for Neural Plugins?

Hey guys, I'm relatively inexperienced with neural plugins, amps and all this stuff, I play the guitar in my bedroom exclusively through these VST plugins and my studio monitors, I don't actually own a real guitar amp, haha.

I have a university recital coming up, and my repertoire consists of backing tracks, I would like to be able to get the same tones as I can at home but just by taking my plugins on a laptop using a small interface like the positive grid riff wired to the power cab (I was also planning to get one of those beringer midi pedal boards so I can change sounds on the fly) . is this something that people here have done before? or is the powercab a product exclusively used for the line 6 helix?

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated
