Rin is useless

I've tried to make her work but yikes. She can't combo into a team ultimate at all. She barely combos into an ultimate, if you're not fast enough, it'll fail, and if you're playing with lag you'll probably fail. She has no crumple/knockdown in any of her combos. She has no infinites. Her log jutsu is one of the worst things I've ever seen. It's slow and has zero tracking.

To say she needs a buff is an understatement. Increasing the stun in her combo or just giving her infinite potential would really go a long way.

Let me know if there are any other unusable characters like her.
