LPM Anthem-S2 Shortage?

I am finally building my first 2 stamp rifle, this will be my first suppressor.

I have decided that the LPM Anthem-S2 is the one for me.
But it seems to be out of stock everywhere.

Is this typical? Do they re-stock often?
Any ideas or insights is appreciated.
