Failed a class at Community college, will my gpa transfer to ncsu?

Hey! So I’m not sure if I will be passing my statistics class at my local community college this semester. I have done all I can and just need more time to understand the material. I am worried that this is going to effect my NCSU gpa. I will be starting my first semester this spring. Please let me know if you guys have any info on this!
