Songs about a night to remember

More specifically, I'm looking for songs that either reminisce about a past night, or are written about the current night (in a "I'll never forget this" kind of way). I'd prefer for the song to be about a special person/few people, but it doesn't need to include this. I'm open to most genres except heavy metal, and I'm picky about contemporary pop (but still open to it). Thanks!
