What's a good comedy movie to watch. (Not Tasteful)

I've seen hundreds of comedies, and in different languages. Some classics (70s-90's), different languages, stoner flicks, and the bigger movies. I'd like a comedy movie from the 2000s that is hilarious, and has dark humor. I do not want a tasteful comedy like shrek or something, I want a comedy that will really make me laugh. Dark humor, drugs, sex whatever. As long as it can make me really laugh.
