Horror movies that are actually really scary?

I’ve always liked horror movies but they never really scared me. I’ve seen stuff like sinister, the conjuring, the Blair witch project, etc. But none of them really make me unsettled or scared. Anyone have any movie suggestions that will scare the shit out of me, or mess with my head? (Nothing that relies on jump scares)
