Need help making a cosplay of Arkveld armor

I have never made any cosplay before, but the fanexpo is near me and will be a littlr after my 18th bday in September so I want to go all out and make a full Arkveld armor suit. If anybody has tips for making stuff as well as somebody who is fairly affordable that I can commision to 3D print and paint stuff like the helmet and some yt channels that have good tutorials on making cosplays, I would greatly appreciate it. Also if I am able to do this shoulf I post updates?
