Rich Get Richer Mock Draft
Reverse draft order. One year only. No trades.
Eagles - Abdul Carter, EDGE Penn State This would be just unfair but that is what makes this type of draft fun. Eagles add arguable the best player in the draft to their already dominant pass rush.
Chiefs - Travis Hunter, CB/WR Colorado Travis Hunter playing for Andy Reid would be so much fun with his creativity. He can start at corner and come in for 10-15 snaps a game at receiver.
Bills - Tetairoa McMillan, WR Arizona Yes, they just took Keon Coleman in the first round last year. I know. He showed flashes but left a lot to be desired overall. McMillan is a prospect I am higher on the most and gives Josh Allen another weapon. Mason Graham was very tempting here.
Commanders - Ashton Jeanty, RB Boise State Not their biggest need, I like Robinson and Ekeler, but Jeanty in the same backfield as Jayden Daniels would be unfair. Both would benefit immensely playing together.
Lions - Mason Graham, DT Michigan Mason Graham is a badass and is the type of player Dan Campbell would love. Hutchinson, McNeill and Graham on the same defensive line would be a nightmare for offenses.
Ravens - Will Johnson, CB Michigan Ravens defense played a lot better in the second half of the season but were still prone to giving up some explosive plays. Will Johnson is a damn good prospect and would pair up nicely with Andrew Wiggins in the Ravens secondary.
Rams - Cam Ward, QB Miami Rams get their QB for post-Stafford life. I think the Rams should keep Stafford, as they are contenders with him. Regardless, whether he stays or goes, Rams can't pass up the chance to take a young, talented QB. Who knows when the next time will be they get the chance to.
Houston Texans - Will Campbell, OT/OG? LSU Stroud did not play at the same level as he did his rookie year, but it was nearly impossible with his offensive line play. Will Campbell can play at a high level on the interior or at tackle.
Minnesota Vikings - Walter Nolen, DT Ole Miss DT is a glaring need for the Vikings. Nolen showed improvement in his time at Ole Miss and can be a solid penetrator in the interior of the Vikings defensive line. Guard is also a need, but I have Nolen rated higher than any guards here.
Packers - Mike Green, EDGE Marshall Lukas Van Ness has not really developed and Rashan Gary took a step back. I like Mike Green a lot and think his strength will translate at the next level. Walker and Williams are more of "projects and projections" and I like them as prospects but I think the Packers defense is ready to roll if they improve their pass rush. Green can contribute day one.
Chargers - Jalon Walker, EDGE Georgia Walker is a superb athlete though not a finished product. He has a ton of potential and can be a chess piece in Minter's defense.
Steelers - Shadeur Sanders, QB Colorado In the real draft or not I do no think Sanders is worth a top 10 pick. That is not to say he is not a good prospect however and I think he makes a lot of sense for the Steelers. They are too good to be picking high to get a franchise QB under normal circumstances so get one while they can.
Broncos - Tyler Warren, TE Penn State Simple. Get Bo Nix another weapon. Payton loves to utilize tight ends in his offense and Warren is as versatile of a tight end as you will find in any draft class.
Buccaneers - James Pearce, EDGE Tennessee The Bucs pas rush has not been the same since their Super Bowl win. Pearce has all the tools to be a productive pass rusher and is a piece Todd Bowles would love to have.
Seahawks - Tyler Booker, OG Alabama I know John Schneider does not value guard but this is what I would do and it happens to be a smart move. Booker is a rock steady guard prospect and will help stabilize the Seahawks offensive line.
Bengals - Mykel Williams. EDGE Georgia It's no secret the Bengals could use help on defense. Williams would add a lot of potential to their pass rush and could be a starter depending on what happens with Trey Hendrickson. Murphy has been a dissappoinment to start his career as well.
Cardinals - Kenneth Grant, DT Michigan Kenneth Grant is a stud. While the Cardinals defense was not elite last season, they certainly over-performed and adding Grant would help them take another step. Not known as pass rusher, but he has shown flashes he can develop in that area but his true value is stopping the run. Grant is also very young.
Falcons - Shemar Stewart, EDGE Texas A&M Falcons had a dreadful pass rusher and Stewart has a ton of upside. Pairing Bates with Malaki Starks was tempting
Colts - Colston Loveland, TE Michigan Every mock has the Colts landing Tyler Warren. Here they get Loveland who is far from a consolation prize. Developing Anthony Richardson is the only thing that matters and Loveland provides a solid weapon to that offense.
Dolphins - Armand Membou, OT/OG Missouri Dolphins invested in Tua so hey must keep him upright. Membou is a hell of a football player who can play anywhere the Dolphins need him on the offensive line.
Cowboys - Luther Burden III, WR Missouri Ceedee is a beast, but that is about it as far as offensive weapons for the Cowboys. Burden brings a ton of YAC potential and can be a high end WR2 in the league.
49ers - Josh Simmons, OT Ohio State 49ers get maybe the best tackle in the draft. Simmons injury is the only reason he is available here. 49ers get a franchise tackle.
Bears - Kelvin Banks Jr., OT Texas Caleb Williams had a disappointing rookie season but his offensive line did him no favors. Banks is a massive tackle who could protect Williams for years
24 - Saints - Malaki Starks, S Georgia Starks is too good fall any further. Maybe not the Saints biggest need but they decide to go BPA.
Panthers - Emeka Egbuka, WR Ohio State Bryce Young looked excellent in the second half of the season. Why not continue to help him out? Emeka is a dependable receiver who Young will rely on day 1. Their defense needs help for sure, but Egbuka sitting here for the taking is too good to pass up.
Jets - Jahdae Barron, CB/S Texas DJ Reed's future in NY looks murky, leaving an opening the Jets secondary. Barron is an ultra versatile chess piece for Aaron Glenn to utilize.
Raiders - Jihaad Campbell, LB Alabama Campbell is a rangy linebacker who still very young. He can be a captain of the Raiders defense for a long time. Pete Carroll loved Bobby Wagner, and value the linebacker position.
Jaguars - Derrick Harmon, DT Oregon Harmon is a long armed, versatile athlete for the position. He can play a few different roles and open things up for the Jags underrated EDGE duo.
Patriots - Josh Conerly Jr, OT Oregon Drake Maye showed that he can be a franchise QB, so now they have to protect him. Conerly is a great athlete who needs some refining but has Pro Bowl potential
Giants - Grey Zabel, T/OG North Dakota State Yet another versatile player. Zabel had a tremendous senior bowl and is flying up draft boards. He can play right tackle or either guard spot for the Giants. And no, I am not forcing Jaxson Dart to the Giants or any of these bottom feeder teams.
Browns - Nic Scourton, EDGE Texas A&M Regardless if they trade Garrett or not, the Browns could improve their pass rush. Scourton is a powerful rusher and this feels like a good spot for him.
Titans - Jack Sawyer, EDGE Ohio State Titans need help just about everywhere. Sawyer was always a solid player but he played at a different level in the college football playoffs. Titans take the tenacious rusher.
