Update Bios

Hi, can anyone tell me how to install the BIOS Update on the UM790PRO?

Im currently on 1.04 but my PC keeps freezing so I wanted to make a Bios Update as some people suggested.

I downloaded the Zip file for 1.07 from the Minis Forum Website. How do I install it now?
