Will a Dr support me to cold turkey?

I don’t want to take any more of this stuff. How would I get off safely? I double dosed today and I am done. I was doing well but I keep going back to double dosing and it affects my life and mental health. I just want to off completely. I’m at 110mg. How can I taper off this? I’ve been on methadone since November 7 2024
