Cant find Miyazu in CoV

Playing CoV, reached Empyrean and when I try to ser if Miyazu and Khonsu are there one of the demons tells me they went to a travel far away or something like that. Also there is no ISIS around. Is this decided this way to throw such character ad Miyazu who was already wasted in the vanilla? :/
