Had my first phone consult and got scripts today, forgot to ask about the change that can be mass to My Health Record to protect privacy more. I feel nervous

Small parts of my question have been partially answered on other posts but I’m after more info, apologies for the repetition. Who could look up, scrupulously or otherwise, that I’ve had these services and am now prescribed cannabis? Can employers(government or otherwise) or HR wanting to deep dive me, search places online or my name? If I’m dating a pharmacist could they potentially know everything I’ve been prescribed since SafeScript was implemented?
