I put antiseize on brake caliper bolts. Been driving a couples days, should I redo them?

I don't know what I was thinking (it's been decades since I broke out the wrenches), and I put antiseize on brake caliper bolts. I just read that it throws the tq setting off (70 ftlbs).

Should I bother taking them all out, cleaning them up, re-torque them dry? If so. Tips on cleaning them, and do I need to do the threaded holes, too?
