Team building

Hi! I saw videos saying that Mavuika, Citlali, Xilonen and Bennet is the BEST TEAM. I understand where this is coming from. But I feel like this is the Damage Per Screen shot build.

I'm no theory crafter but what I'm thinking is why not replace Bennet with Kaeya or Rosaria. I know there are a lot of people who will do this already but why not consider it the BIS team? It gives you 15 more crit rate and also gives you consistent melt. Is this not the most consistent high damage?
