Dispo Run, what does my receipt mean?

I went to the dispo today, and when i got home, i looked at my receipt and saw that it lists:

Total weight purchased: 28g Edible: 0g Medical Marijuana: 28g Non-edible: 0g Remaining Eligible for Sale: 42g

In my state (AZ) its both legal recreationally and medically. I got 28g of flower recreationally (dont have a med card), and I know in my state we're only allowed no more than 28g in a purchase. Just curious what the it means by the 42g?
