help needed for 1st year mbbs

dear seniors and super seniors, how do i go about approaching subjects which seem to have no limits? half the people are advising i use international editions but when i follow them i blank out since it barely aligns with the lectures. all the apps i see are to help with neet pg/ usmle prep and it feels like theres no direct help to actually complete mbbs itself?? all i want is to pass for now, are there any specific books you’d recommend? please help
